| John Parkes is the principal broker overseeing property management and sales within the company. John started his real estate career in 1992 and since then he has been involved in the valuation, sales, and property management of residential property. He has worked and lived in Temecula since 2003 and brings an extensive real estate background for his clients. His expertise includes Residential Sales, Investment Sales, and Property Management.
John is a licensed real estate broker (DRE#01167313), a member of the National and California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He earned a Masters Degree, with high honors, in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California's school of Policy, Planning, and Development. In addition, John graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from San Diego State University. John is an expert in field of investment real estate and thoroughly understands that a successful investment starts with professional property management. With over 18 years of real estate experience, John is well qualified to help maximize the potential of your investment property.
